Challenge
To provide long term corrosion protection to piping, pumps, and metallic surfaces of bridges for walkways around the manmade lake and dancing water fountain. In addition, Bellagio management wanted material to be subdued color wise, so as not to take away from the beauty of the lake and fountains.
Solution
The decision was made by the architect and engineers that NOVOCOAT SP2000 was the best choice for long term protection and the color of near black was chosen to make the coating obscure.
Eight years after installation, SP2000 continues to provide protection to the valuable piping, fountain, and water future of the beautiful Bellagio Hotel.
